Only recently, there were reports suggesting that actor Akshay Kumar may appear on the first episode of The Kapil Sharma Show. It was reported that he will promote his upcoming film, Bell Bottom. Well, confirming the news now, Akshay dropped a cheeky reply to Kapil’s praise-filled tweet. On Tuesday, the makers of the film released the trailer of Bell Bottom. Soon netizens started heaping praises for the first rushes on social media. 

Kapil Sharma also lauded the trailer and wrote, “Beautiful trailer  @akshaykumar paji Star-struck congratulations n best wishes to the entire team of #BellBottom @jackkybhagnani  @vashubhagnani.” Responding to him, Akshay cheekily said that Kapil praised the trailer only because he is going to visit the comedy show. Akshay wrote, “Jaise pata chala show par aa raha hoon, best wishes bheji uske pehle nahi. Milkar teri khabar leta hoon.” His comment left Kapil in splits as he then wrote, “Hahahaha love you paji.” 

Fans are stoked to see them together. A fan wrote, “No one roasts Kapil more than Akshay sir.. What a Jodi Just waaaaiiitttiiinnnnggg.” Another one said, "Sir ne Kapil bhai ache se Le li......One of the actor who has best Humour Sense.” 


Since Akshay releases three-four films in a year, he sort of has become a regular member of The Kapil Sharma Show. Whenever Akki comes on the sets, he makes sure he roasts him. Well, we cannot wait to see their hilarious banter now.

Speaking about the comedy show, the makers recently launched the first promo where stars like Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Bharti Singh, Chandhan Prabhakar, Sudesh Lehri and Archana Puran Singh said they are coming back to give a dose of laughter.
